New Collection Software

The collection software currently utilized at Fidelity is the industry leader in user-friendly applications. It is the CollectOne --"Tiger" developed by Collection Data Systems (CDS) in Simi Valley, California. This is a 32-bit operating system for Windows 95/98/NT and allows us to interface with virtually every application in use today.

The quality of our computer system allows us to bring the latest collection technology directly to the employee and collector workstation. The increased functionality has resulted in much more money being recovered for our clients.

We have an "ACCESS!" Predictive Dialer that is online and available for use by each collector. Our collection staff can create campaigns and dial them without moving from the collector's work area.
